What data we collect

Only the data you send us voluntarily through the contact form or by email: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. This site does not use cookies or traffic-analytics tools.

What we use it for

Exclusively to respond to your request and, should it go ahead, to provide the service you've requested. We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it to third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for 12 months. Where a service is carried out, billing data is kept for the legally required period.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to info@mistertools.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Portugal's data protection authority).
